Let's start your custom!
*Customs are currently only open for sterling silver pendants and ear weights*
Customs are not a simple process. You, as the customer, are just as involved in the process as I am, as the person bringing your vision to life. Here are some things you need to know.

You will need to reach out to me through the contact tab with your name, a budget, and a basic idea of what you are wanting. If you have some references of my previous work for inspiration, that is great, and please include it!

If you would like to use your own stone, I have some requirements as to size and shape. I will ask you to send some photos of your stone so I can determine if I can use it or not. About half of the customs I do are with the client's stone.

There is a $50 non refundable deposit for ALL custom work. This will be paid after we talk and you decide that you do want to go forward with a custom.

After the deposit is paid, I will draft sketches of possible design ideas. This is where you come into play. We will work hand in hand on the design process to ensure you are 100% happy before I start.

If, halfway through, you decide you want to change the design, you will still be responsible for the cost of my time and materials.

I will send you multiple updates and progress photos as I work on your custom. You will have plenty of time to see how the final design is coming together.

When the piece is finished, I will provide you with photos and a final total. Of course, the $50 deposit factors in to the final cost, so I will make sure to specify that what you owe is the cost of the piece, minus the deposit.

If at any point during the process, you are unhappy with the design, you must tell me immediately and I will do everything in my power to remedy it. I take great pride in my work and will go to great lengths to ensure you are happy with your finished product. Above, you can see some of my previous custom work. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. I look forward to hearing from you!
I do have the right to refuse any custom work for any reason, including but not limited to: inability to work with the stone you want to provide, if I feel that we will not be able to work together and communicate well, limitations with supplies that will not allow me to fulfill your order, and skill limitations that would affect the quality of the piece. If I cannot do it justice, I will not do it at all, because your satisfaction with the final piece is my priority!
